WIERZBICKI.ORG will relaunch the site of Marco Beltrami, a Hollywood composer known for his numerous scores to horror movies (Mimic, Scream, Scary Movie 2, The Faculty, Blade 2, Resident Evil, Terminator 3, I Robot, Red Eye). Very few composers make as big a splash with their first major film score as Marco Beltrami did with SCREAM. In a few days Marco starts recording "Underworld 2".

The VocINet workshop on Project Design will discuss the challenges that young professionals meet working in digital media business: the importance of communication, resources, networking. The workshop provides different methods and possibilities how to teach management skills for design students from different fields, how to help students to understand the importance of customer’s and user’s needs, the clients expectations; how to combine their creative skills into a controllable designing production process.

The MYLNORK (MOST Young Leaders Network Workshop) aims at promoting and advancing mobile technology leadership ideas and best practices among 25- to 40-year-old mobile high-tech managers, policy analysts, financial officers, lawyers, lobbyists, and other professionals working in the telecom and e/m-content industry and living in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The second MYLNORK workshop organized by MOST will take place from 30. September to 2. October 2005 at Lake Balaton in Hungary.

Steven Cravis had no arranged songs planned when he went into David Austin's San Francisco recording studio and this is the soothing yet spontaneous result of him doing whatever happened on the piano in the moment. David Austin recorded Steven's performance analog, to reel tape, before mixing down to digital to maintain the warmth of the original piano sound. Using a Mac computer with Bias Peak and Steinberg Cubase software, Steven then put together his favorite sections of the improvisation recording into a dreamy tapestry of solo
piano short pieces. Steven Cravis has updated the recording for iTunes that it's going to be called Piano Music.

WIERZBICKI.ORG has designed the cover artwork for Steven Cravis' CD containing the track. The CD will be released in the late fall.

Prof. Wierzbicki has been appointed member of the Accreditation Commission for the Bachelor Courses in Media Design at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.

New photographs of the INSTYTUT ROZBITEK (work in progress) can now be viewed at the official institute's site by WIERZBICKI.ORG. Inaugural events and programs are set to commence in the summer this year.
