Experience the fascinating new world of interactive media through expert forums, innovation shows by industry trendsetters, creative showcases by the Top Talent teams and the TTA exhibition. The Top Talent Festival is a creative hot-spot, bringing brilliant innovations and imaginative people together. Swan Lake:Moving Image & Music Award Gala
at the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida
Students from 7 countries have entered this year's competition. Over 30 works have already been prejudged and the best 7 works have been selected. The nominees for the Award will be announced on June 5th.
The SL:MIMA workshop programme 2006 includes the following sessions:
- "Interactive Movies" by Chris Hales (England),
- "Installation and Moving image" by Björn Aho (Finland) and
- "Adobe Creative Tools" by Markus Bledowski ( Germany).

June 6th, 2006

Fear the date – 6/6/06 – when "The Omen 666" opens in theaters in the USA. A remake of the 1976 horror classic, the new film takes the tale of the coming of the antichrist – personified as a young boy named Damien – to an even more thrilling and visceral level. The score to Omen has been written by Marco Beltrami.

WIERZBICKI.ORG will design the site of Mark Mothersbough.
Emmy award-winning composer Mark Mothersbaugh has written the music for more than 70 film and television projects. He first came to prominence in the music world in the 1970s as lead singer and keyboard player of the progressive new wave/rock band DEVO. He scored music among others for "Muppets Show", "Rugrets" and "Herbie: Fully Loaded".

A total of 10,000 Euros was shared by the winners at the EUROPRIX TopTalent Gala – Europe’s undisputed New Media Oscars for young creative producers, designers and developers.
The awards are organised by the International Center for New Media with the support of the Austrian Ministry of Economic Affairs, leading graphics technology company ATI, 80 partner organisation in every European country and the enthusiasm of young creative multimedia people all around Europe.
